// HARDWARE PRODUCTS

The full electronic stack — secured at every layer.

Commercial drone electronics are designed for cost, not security. Our boards are designed around a threat model — each component in the signal chain is encrypted, attested, and monitored.

SL-FC1

Flight Controller

FC

The brain of the airframe. Hardware root of trust, encrypted telemetry, and onboard anomaly detection baked into silicon — not bolted on after the fact.

  • Dual-core ARM Cortex-M7 @ 480 MHz
  • Triple redundant IMUs
  • ATECC608B hardware crypto
  • Hardware attestation at boot
  • AES-256 C2 + TLS 1.3 telemetry
SL-ESC4

Electronic Speed Controller

ESC

ESC with MIL-grade components. No anonymous motor failure — every ESC reports current draw, temperature, and RPM back to the FC.

  • 4-in-1, 55A continuous per channel
  • UART telemetry reporting
  • Real-time current & temp monitoring
  • MIL-grade MOSFET package

// THREAT POSTURE

Commercial drones are a liability in contested airspace.

Off-the-shelf platforms are built for calm skies and cooperative infrastructure. Adversaries exploit unencrypted C2, GNSS vulnerabilities, and foreign-manufactured hardware to hijack, redirect, or weaponize commercial UAVs.

GNSS SpoofingCRITICAL

Navigation poisoned via counterfeit satellite signals — drone flies to attacker-controlled location.

C2 Link HijackCRITICAL

Unencrypted command links intercepted and overridden by ground-based RF equipment.

Hardware BackdoorHIGH

Nation-state adversaries embed covert logic at the manufacturing level — undetectable without full supply-chain traceability.

// CUSTOMIZATION

Your mission. Our hardware. Configured for both.

No two operational requirements are identical. We work directly with operators, integrators, and procurement teams to configure hardware at board level, firmware level, or complete airframe level.

PAYLOAD

Custom Payload Integration

We design mechanical mounts, power rails, and data buses for customer-supplied sensors. From gimbal-stabilized optics to SIGINT pods — if it fits the weight envelope, we integrate it.

FIRMWARE

Mission-Specific Firmware Profiles

Flight behavior, failsafe logic, geofencing rules, and sensor fusion parameters are fully configurable per mission type. Profiles are signed and stored in secure flash — no unauthorized overrides.

RF / COMMS

Frequency & Protocol Selection

Choose operating frequency band, modulation scheme, and C2 protocol to meet theater-specific RF requirements. Supports proprietary encrypted links or customer-furnished radio systems.

OEM / WHITELABEL

OEM & Program Integration

Full OEM support for prime contractors and system integrators. We supply hardware at board, module, or assembled-airframe level — with documentation packages suitable for Canadian and allied procurement.

All custom work is scoped through a formal engineering engagement. We provide NRE estimates, design review milestones, and production readiness gates — suitable for Canadian DND and allied-nation procurement documentation requirements.

// CANADIAN ASSEMBLY LINE

From bare board to serialized unit — in Canada.
Your program. Our line.

Full domestic production with no gap in traceability. Every unit that leaves our facility carries a serialized test report, provenance documentation, and a cryptographic identity burned at flash time. We also open our assembly line to vetted partners — whether you need a prototype batch of 10 or a production run of 500, we build it the same way: auditable, documented, and signed.

01

PCB Design & Fabrication

Schematics and layout designed in-house. PCBs fabricated domestically with tracked lot numbers. No offshore board houses for mission-critical designs.

02

SMT Assembly

Surface-mount component placement and reflow soldering performed on-site. Component reels are sourced from authorized distributors with CoC documentation.

03

Automated Optical Inspection

Every board passes AOI before depaneling. Solder joint quality, component orientation, and placement offsets are verified against Gerber reference.

04

Crypto Provisioning & Attestation

Crypto co-processor is provisioned with a unique device identity at production time. Serial number is burned and logged to the production database.

05

Environmental Stress Testing

Thermal cycling (-40 °C to +85 °C), vibration sweep, and EMI susceptibility checks performed per reference test plan. Failures trigger root-cause analysis before re-test.

06

Final QA & Chain-of-Custody

Human QA inspection, functional flight test on bench rig, and full chain-of-custody record generated. Units ship with serialized test report and provenance documentation.
